Rosa Gorham

My name is Rosa Gorham (she/her/hers) and I’m a senior pursuing a dual degree in Microbiology and Plant Biology, with a minor in Biochemistry. I’m from a small town in northwest Oklahoma called Collinsville. I currently serve as the SGA Health & Hygiene Director, Red Pantry Committee Director, OSU First Generation Organization President, and I also work as a BIOL1114 SI Leader. I have yet to figure out my overall career goal, I can’t decide whether or not I would like to go to graduate school for a PhD, or to just go into the workforce whether that means greenhouse management or working for the National Park Service. When I do have free time, I like to spend it playing video games or watching the latest Marvel shows/movies with my roomies. I also love taking care of my plants. My favorite plant at the moment is probably my satin pothos (also called silver vine)!
